Bermondsey Dry revives and honours a mid 20th century style of London Dry gin, the style and quality of which reflects gins that would have been used throughout the classic cocktail period.
The still, designed and built by John Dore industries, is located in Bermondsey, epicentre of spice import in the Golden Era of Gin making, and has a capacity of only 500lts. A very small and dedicated team of just three incredibly talented people are involved in the production of this little gem.
