Graeme, the last on a long line of farmers, and his wife Caroline, Interior designer, are involved in every aspect of the production, from planting the potatoes to bottle design. The Maris Piper potatoes and water used to make Ogilvy come entirely from the farm. Nothing else! Ogilvy is so unique because skin on potatoes are used for distillation, caramelising in the still (aptly named Spud) and creating an incredibly smooth but complex vodka.
