Mezcal Burrito Fiestero is made with 100% agave cenizo, endemic to the state of Durango.
This maguey takes from 12 -14 years to mature. Once naked from its spikes, it is carried and transported by donkey down the mountain to begin with the elaboration process.
It is here where our Master Mezcalier uses ancient techniques to bring out the best possible flavours and aromas from the agave to create this delicious Mezcal.
